Within the framework of the contract, signed with Boeing-Seattle on 1 October 2003, a total of 200 sets of B777 Dorsal Fin were manufactured at TAI’s facilities. Consequent to the success and customer satisfaction, of the program, in addition to the 200 sets, a new contract was signed in 2006 in regard to meeting December 2007 - December 2012 requirements of Boeing. Under the new contract, with the additional order for the first 150 sets, the number of total sets to be manufactured reached 350.
