The principle of transparency is actually a kind of expression of being honest in respect of business relations. Such principle also reflects the entire of the values expressed as TAI values. Moreover, being transparent covers to adopt an honest and transparent attitude, to the extent as permitted by the Defense Industry Security and corporate trade secrets, to the relevant parties in respect of all works and processes carried out.
Fairness: TAI pays attention to act fairly to the relevant parities in respect of all works and processes conducted by the same, and adopts this principle as a corporate value. Without fairness, it would not be possible for the employees, serving within the organization of the company, as well as the third parties, entering into relations with the company, feel themselves safe. Absolute fairness is an ideal target; however, it is a difficult process to accomplish such target thoroughly. However, the target of our company is to establish the highest level of fairness in respect of its processes at the highest possible extent, and to eliminate any unfairness, if available.
